The physical qualities behind better athletic performance.

Speed

Improve acceleration, sprint mechanics, and the ability to produce force quickly.

Strength

Power

Develop the ability to express strength quickly through jumping, sprinting, and explosive movement.

Coordination

Improve body control, rhythm, balance, and efficient movement.

Learn to slow down, land, and change direction with greater control.

FIT Beyond Performance combines objective assessment with deliberate coaching and competitive training. These sessions show how we develop speed, power, movement quality, and confidence with individual athletes and full teams.

Performance Testing

We don't guess. We measure.

Powered byForceDecks — Dual Force Plate System

ForceDecks testing can help establish a starting point, guide training decisions, and show change over time. We use it when the information is useful for the athlete’s goals, alongside coaching and the training plan.

  • Jump performance
  • Force production
  • Left-to-right differences
  • Balance and movement strategy
  • Retesting over time

Parent FAQ

Common questions.

What ages can participate?+

Programs may be available for middle-school, high-school, and competitive athletes. Placement depends on age, maturity, experience, and group availability.

Does an athlete need previous lifting experience?+

No. Beginners are taught foundational movement and training skills before progressing to more advanced exercises.

Is the training sport-specific?+

The program develops general athletic qualities — speed, strength, power, coordination, and conditioning — that transfer across sports. It is not position-specific skill coaching.

How large are the groups?+

Group size depends on athlete age, facility space, and the type of session. Groups are limited so athletes can receive meaningful coaching.

How often should an athlete train?+

Frequency depends on the athlete's goals, sport schedule, age, and current training load. Most structured programs involve one to three sessions per week.

Do you work with teams?+

Yes. Programs can be created for school, travel, club, and community teams.

What should athletes bring?+

Athletes should arrive in athletic clothing with appropriate footwear and water. Additional instructions will be provided before the first session.

Is ForceDecks testing required?+

Not for every athlete or program. Testing is used when it provides meaningful information for the athlete's goals and development.
